Dr. Dick O’Connor’s passion for restoring hope and vision to children and adults is the focal point of all we do at Vision Development of WNY. For more than 40 years, he has been restoring vision to people who experience learning disabilities, developmental delays, behavioral issues or disorders, concussions or traumatic brain injuries, and strokes and helping them to realize a better future.

**Special note from our hosts:
When pulling in the driveway stay to the right and go to the rear side door. There’s a smaller parking lot outside our side entrance, and a larger parking lot above which people can also use. But everyone will enter the side door (where we’ll have a table for literature, etc.).
